Social Media Marketing and Management

Meet the people where they are. 72% of adult internet users use Facebook. (Pew Research Center, 2015) (Source: Social Media give the church a platform unlike any other. Whether paid or organic (non-paid), our posts reach far beyond our church walls.

Basic Social Media Management can include the day to day organic posts, interaction with followers, tracking of engagement and insights, and content curation.

Social Media Marketing takes it one step further with intentional, paid Facebook Ads. These are invaluable for events, Advent, Easter, and important announcements.

In the past two years, content consumption on Facebook has increased 57%. (HubSpot, 2016) (Source: The opportunity of social media marketing for churches is just beginning to scratch the surface of possibilities.

Website Design

Your church website is very important. For many people, it is the front door to your church, the first impression that they get. With 85% of people visiting online before they attend in person, you have an average of seven seconds to make an impression.

Your website is also probably the primary resource for members to stay up-to-date with the news and events. Is your site as helpful as you need it to be?

I will provide full design and development to match the personality of your church or organization. We will work together to create a website that can represent your congregation and welcome visitors at your digital front door. I will hand you a fully functional, easily managed, secure, SEO-optimized, UI/UX optimized website.

Whether it is a one-time build or an ongoing updates and maintenance plan, let’s work together to create something functional and beautiful!

Graphics are a passion of mine. For me, there is nothing worse than a bad graphic that poorly represents the church. I will create graphics and/or teach your staff/volunteers where to find good graphics and simple apps available to manipulate the graphics with minimal training.

Email Marketing

Emails are one of the most effective ways to keep your congregation members up to date. Even those not on social media, typically use email or have a spouse that does. While there is often hesitance to minimize print, our current culture is digital.

Email is still the most personal way – by far – to engage with your community. I can teach you how to use it to capture and keep your audience’s attention. A well-crafted weekly broadcast email can multiply your audience’s engagement and attention.

I offer consulting (I teach you how) and implementation (I do it for you). After working with me, you’ll have a more engaged community, higher email open rates, and much more leverage with your audience.

Volunteer Training

As a small church or organization, you may rely heavily on your volunteers. Unfortunately, it is often difficult to find volunteers with the skills and experience needed to effectively manage your website or social media.

I want to give you every opportunity for success by training your team. Once we have created a new website or social media and email marketing strategy, I will train your volunteer (or staff) team to manage the daily ins and outs of your digital media. I am able to do this virtually or in person if you are in the Tucson/Phoenix area.
